Provide all required information as well as necessary supporting documents as listed in the Application Checklist and ensure that the information provided are complete and correct.
If you encounter any issue or difficulty in uploading the supporting documents, you may also opt to manually email the documents to admission@utar.edu.my after completing the online application process.
For international students, you are encouraged to submit your applications at least twelve (12) weeks before the commencement date of the programme for sufficient time to process the student pass approval. If you submit your application less than four (4) weeks before the commencement date, you will be advised to defer your studies to the next intake.
Application Status – Post-Application Process, What’s Next?
You may check on the status of your application via UTAR’s Admission Status Enquiry webpage upon successfully submitting your Online Application Form.
Status updates of your application can also be received via email or SMS.
You will be notified in regards to your offer of admission within one working week* upon a successful online application.
If your application is successful and you have obtained the offer of admission, you can obtain further information on how to accept the admission offer to confirm your place as a student in UTAR via the Acceptance and Registration webpage.
*May take longer than one week for applicants from diploma/higher qualifications or with special circumstances who are required to undergo the credit evaluation, internal assessment or interview process.
