Objectives


  • To ensure that offer letters are given to qualified applicants within seven working days from the date of application. 
  • To ensure that all prospective applicants at the admission counter are attended to promptly and courteously. 
  • To ensure that all student feedbacks are responded to within three working days. 
  • To ensure that all enquiries from prospective applicants are responded to within five (5) working days. 
  • To ensure that all information provided in the admission website are up to date. 
  • To work closely with Faculties, Centres, Institutes and other University departments to ensure that all relevant processes and activities are carried out effectively.
